EMDR Intensive Therapy: Supporting Your Reproductive Story.

Imagine if healing didn’t mean fixing what feels broken—because even in the pain, nothing in you is beyond repair.

I help overwhelmed women trapped in the heartbreak of fertility struggles, loss and birth experiences find meaningful relief—and begin to transform their sense of safety, control, confidence, and internal peace.

You’ve done so much to try to be okay.

You’ve shown up, held it together, stayed hopeful, kept moving.
But something inside still hurts—and you’re not sure what else to do.

The overwhelem no one else sees.

It shows up in quiet moments, in loud rooms, in doctor’s offices and family events and well-meaning conversations that leave you feeling even more alone.

“My body is failing me”

“I am so jealous that she got pregnant so fast. And I feel so guilty I feel that way”

“I was robbed of the experience I was promised”

“Everything happened so fast, I had no idea what was going on”

“There’s no answers, only more questions”

‘I feel broken and no one really gets it”

You’ve read the books. You’ve tried therapy. You’ve tried to stay positive, to make sense of it all, to keep going —even when something inside you felt like it was barely hanging on.

But that quiet heaviness? The anxiety, the guilt, the grief, the anger that shows up out of nowhere? It’s still there.

And maybe when no one is around you’ve asked yourself:

“Why can’t I stop all of my thoughts?”
“Why does this still hurt so much?”
”Will I ever feel myself again?”

“What’s wrong with me?”

When your mind and body are carrying something this big—even if you don’t have the exact words for it—it makes sense to feel stuck. Even when you’ve done all the “right” things.

There’s a way to work with the deepest layers of what you’re carrying—gently, and at a pace that honors your story—to quiet the thoughts, soothe the pain, and help you come home to yourself againeven if she looks different now.

Hi I’m Laura.

I work with women whose fertility and birth journeys didn’t go the way they’d hoped—who are carrying fear, sadness, shame, anger, or questions that feel too big to name.

If that’s you, I want you to know: your story matters here. Your experience will be treated with care. And while I know there may not be easy answers, there is a way forward.

I offer a space to move through the hardest parts of what you’re holding—gently, intentionally, and at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no pressure. No fixing. Just a steady presence and support, wherever you are in your process.

Your being here already speaks to your strength. And if this feels like the right time to begin, I’d be honored to walk with you.

You have already carried so much on your own. You don’t have to do the healing alone.

Releasing what logic can’t fix.

When your path takes an unexpected turn—when loss, uncertainty, or things you never imagined you’d face leave you holding the pieces—you deserve support that honors where you’ve been and helps you gently shape what comes next.

Traditional weekly therapy can be a powerful resource, and for some, it’s just the right fit. But others reach a point where they need something different—a space that’s more focused, more contained, more able to hold the weight of what they’re carrying. That’s where EMDR intensives come in.

This work isn’t just about talking about what happened.
You have already tried to make sense of it all

rationalizing why the tests keep coming back negative,
wondering what was missed, wrestling with how to move forward with empty arms,
haunted by how far things were from the birth you pictured,
or spending endless nights searching for answers online

It can feel impossible trying to think your way through something that lives deep in your body.

Healing doesn’t come from logic alone.
And it’s not because you haven’t tried hard enough—it’s because your nervous system remembers what your mind can’t always make sense of.

EMDR helps release what’s been held in your body, gently and with care—offering real relief, not just in your thoughts, but in your whole self.

Alongside EMDR, I also draw from ego state therapy (also known as parts work), which helps us connect with the parts of you that may still be holding fear, grief, or a sense of responsibility. This approach doesn’t try to erase those parts—it helps you meet them with tenderness, strengthen the grounded parts of you, and slowly bring the hurting ones into healing.
