How I support your growth:
I work with women who are insightful, capable, and deeply tired of carrying the weight of everything alone. Together, we look at the patterns that helped you survive—and gently explore what it would mean to live differently. I use EMDR and ego-state therapy to help you work not just with your thoughts, but with your nervous system, your emotions, and your younger parts that still feel like they have to keep it all together.
This work is tailored to you. Weekly sessions to prepare for working intensively, focused EMDR intensives or a hybrid of both—based on your goals and your needs.
